Our Return Practice
You have 14 days’ notice period to return your unwanted package back to us.
To initiate your return:
- Login into your babsbuy.co.uk account
- Click on the Support Ticket tab from My Dashboard
- Click on Create New Ticket and explain your reasons for return and do let us know if you require substitute goods or refund.
Customer will be liable to pay for postage when shipping back to us.
Please wait for confirmation email from babsbuy.co.uk before returning your package back to us.
Once the returned items have been checked to ensure their conditions are intact, the refund will be made to the customer via the same payment method used by the customer.
Please expect up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
