Our Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through babsBUY. 

The prices on the product pages include VAT inside the European Union and other price components do not include shipping costs.

We will notify you of the coupon terms of use. Only one discount coupon can be redeemed per order. Selected brands and products can be exempted.

A discount code cannot be redeemed after the order has been placed.

A discount code cannot be redeemed after the discount promotion.

Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping.

Discount coupons are commercially sensitive information that is confidentially communicated to the recipients.

Buyers are not entitled to share discount coupons with other people nor to use codes that they have not gotten from babsBUY store.

We ship insured immediately to the designated delivery address after the conclusion of the contract and after we receive the payment.

We tend to ship small items to UK destinations for free of charge. However, the cost of shipping may apply to some areas and countries.

Shipping costs are per order process. If you order over one item in a purchase transaction, there are no additional shipping costs.

Our deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail and may use other international couriers when delivering to other countries.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, deliveries are carried out no later than within 5 business days after the conclusion of a contract.

If not, all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense.

If the products cannot be successfully delivered after three attempts, we can withdraw from the contract if we are not responsible for the failure of delivery. Payments will be refunded immediately after the items are returned.

If the ordered product is not available because we were not supplied with this product by our suppliers, at no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and may suggest delivering a comparable product.

If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product, we will refund your payment without delay.

We always try to deliver our products in perfect condition but if items are delivered with obvious damages, please file a complaint about such errors immediately to the deliverer, and please contact us as soon as possible at +447394129999 or via info@babsbuy.co.uk.

Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier and/or transport insurance.
